Be Happy!!!

Two months to go... We will be leaving our Alma Mater. We will be leaving our home for four years. Our home where we've felt the essence of love and friendship. And before we leave, I am assuring that I will carry a lot of learnings to help us in the future. Let's enjoy the remaining days of the school year. Anyways, Everything is to be learned. Everything has it's own way to make us internalize their significance. 3rd Grading was already over and another step to success is in our way, 4th Grading. For almost 8 months of hardship and challenges, I have learned a lot. These learnings maybe someday, somehow, we can apply it in the future. 3rd grading is little bit hard. For the lessons and terms that I encountered for the very first time. Just like the Hyperlinks and Microsoft Front Page. The lessons about Font Attribute and Image Attribute were quite easy for me because it is definitely connected to 2nd Grading lessons.

As always goes, I have encountered such problems. In doing this activities, I have excused every time because we have a practice in the Longganisa Festival. Again, I must to have Time-Management. I don't know what to do especially when we are required to pass our project. Also, lots of lesson that I have missed. It's hard for me to cope up. I have no time to finish all my assignments and projects that are required to pass on the such time of submission. My teacher understand my situation and kind for letting me, together with my companion, to excuse ourselves to have our practice.

I addressed them easily because I have encountered such problems like this again. For being excused every time, it's hard to understand the lessons they have discussed. I asked some of my classmates to explain their lessons to me. I've just face it strongly and have faith in God to give me strength to face it all.

Proving on, I will continue what I have started. I will try my best to manage my time wisely so that I can easily do all my works.I am very grateful for every trial that I have encountered- it makes me stronger. An advice for those busy people like me- Don't stress ourselves. Take it easy.., Enjoy life... Though, I have lots of problem, I know, I can do it..! Be HAPPY!!

It's Christmas!

Whenever i see those lights with variety colors hanging on the side of the roof of the houses and those unique trees built inside or out of everywhere, I can feel that something special shall be celebrated. Also with the special and very beautiful decorations for the very special occasion. And also with the cold whisper of the wind, it seems to be different. Ahhh...I know!...It's Christmas!. These are just the signs that Christmas season is getting near. But for you, what is Christmas? And what is the true essence of it?

Christmas, a very simple word but full of meaning. It is the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ. It is also the season of Sharing and Giving, Forgiveness and most especially, of Loving.

We celebrate Christmas to show to others our love and care for them and make us remember the birthday of Jesus Christ. We also celebrate it in the 12 midnight of December 24 to meet 25th with a simple celebration called Noche Buena. But do you know that having a Noche Buena is not that important? Because for as long as you are with your family and there is sharing and giving, forgiveness and loving among your family and among others, it's already Christmas; the spirit of Christmas.

GIVING and SHARING. You give and share with others for what you have with all your heart. FORGIVENESS. As the song implies "To forgive is to forget." This season, we must forgive those people who have done something wrong with us. Forget all those bad memories and try to have something new. It's better to forgive them than to keep hard feelings inside us. LOVING. All of that I've mention is a form of loving. And as long as you help people, it also means that you love them.

"Give love on Christmas Day". Not only on the exact Christmas day but also everyday. Everyday is Christmas. Let others feel your tender loving care and make them appreciate that you are there foe them. Share and Give. Let us forgive. Give love and let us feel IT'S CHRISTMAS!.

Very Tiring Month!

"If you lose something, you gain something. And if you gain something, you lose something." There were lots of activities this November and gives me a hectic schedule; activities that have been done and to be participated. Just like the Values Month Celebration with the theme "Pagpapatibay ng pagkataong Pilipino: Tugon sa Hamon ng Panahon". In this celebration, the Values Club officers and advisers conducted some various activities for the students for them to show and develop their hidden talents and skills. And at the same time, while the celebration was going on, the Competition of students for the STEP, the City Meet and the Provincial Encamrment for Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts have been conducted also during this month.

The City Meet and the STEP was conducted to choose among the students whom were the best to represent our division, Vigan City Division, to the Regional level. This acivities was held in our school and some of our classmates participated and as our role, we have excused ourselves to support them. And fortunately, they have won.

Another activity is the Provincial Encampment which was held at the GSP Campsite at Pug-os, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with the theme" Mother's health and life is PRECIOUS". There was one patrol with seven girls represented our school in the said activity with our supporting Tita's-Tita Judith, Tita Elvira and Tita Vangie. I am very happy because I have given a chance to join the activity. They have conducted this activity for us to know the importance of our mother; for us to know about their hardworkship and sacrifices and to know how to be independent. In connection to the activity, we have gone to Pikkang Falls to have an Educational Trip. We have also a Needle Work which we have sewn some baby gloves and sacks. We have also shown our talents which we have awarded as the Multi-Talented Patrol. This was a very great and unforgettable experience in my High School life.

It's really a very tiring month. But honestly, I've enjoyed it with all my heart. And with all these activities, I have more developed myself! Very tiring but enjoying!

"Learn from your Mistakes". This came to my mind in times of challenges that I have encountered. But before I addressed all of this, let me tell first the learning and discoveries that I have learned. The 2nd quarter was already over and I am going again to explore the Computer World on the 3rd quarter. 2nd quarter seems to be different from 1st quarter because in here, we continued discussing about HTML, how does a browser display the pages?, and lastly, about HTML tags and the Notepad.It's nice to have a lesson like this because as a student, in a very young age, I have already such ideas and knowledge on this web designing using HTML tags.

Behind of all this learning and discoveries, there are lots of tough problems that I have encountered and needed to be faced. I need to have Time-Management. When we went to Rosales, Pangasinan for the seminar, I have lots of lesson that I have missed and it's hard for me to cope up and have lacking of time to finish all my assignments and projects that are needed to pass on the right time of submission. As well as when I joined the Cheering Squad for the Exhibition to be performed during the INTRAMURAL. Thanks God! My teacher understand my situation and kind for letting me, together with my companion, to excuse ourselves to have our practice.

For being excused every time, it's hard to understand the lessons that have discussed and I don't know what to do. I asked some of my classmates to explain such lessons to me. I've just face it with their help and God too..,^_^

Proving on, as I have said last 1st quarter, I will continue what I have started. I will try my best to manage my time wisely so that I can easily do all my works. I will be careful for those things to be able to have a good outcome. Though, I have lots of problem, I know, I can do it..! I'll learn from it.

Be a Leader!

Every aspect of our daily life is depending on Science. Whatever we do, where ever we go; there is Science applied on it. If we change it's culture and adapt a different one, it may be good enough to have a better life.
The theme for the Science Month Celebration is "Adapting to diverse Science Culture for Development through Leadership Empowerment". The adaption for the diversity starts in our hand. We are the one to start it through Leadership. Anyone can lead. Science Culture have changed. It seems to be different now. Technologies have been born. It is now a HighTech generation. Because of the brilliant minds of our fellowmen. We are starting to live with a good life. It helps us a lot. It helps us do our works easier and faster. We can do such things without experiencing undue fatigue to have more energy to do other things. Technologies have many uses. For communication , entertainment and many more. But some of these are highly addictive like cellphones and computers. So some people might say that it can affect our daily life and waste our leisure time. And with the use of these,we can adapt it for the betterment and with your leadership.
"A leader is to lead, not to be lead". Nowadays, a leader is needed. And be one of it. Be a leader now.!Live with the diversity of Science Culture, key to have a brighter future..!Let's adapt it now..!

Key To National Identity

Different countries have their own language. It's important for them because they use it as their own identity. It is also important because it is the key for them to share his/her ideas, whether it is good or bad; the key through other's understanding to one's idea. We Filipinos have our own language,Filipino,that we can use as the key to National Identity and Manuel L. Quezon is the Father of Filipino language. Our language is not only used for communication but also for the progress, peacefulness and unity of our country.

There are many languages or dialects that are used in the Philippines but Filipino language is the main or commonly used here in our country. We all know that we must use our own language for us to understand each other but some uses English language for them to be socialized. It is just okay to use English language because it is the medium of communication in most countries, including Philippines, for them to be globally competitive but it is better to use our language especially when we are inside the country. Example, when we go to other countries using our own language, it's nice and good to hear the phrase "You're a Filipino, right???" and they have identified you as a Filipino. Where ever you go, for as long as you are using your own language, the people around you will know you are a Filipino.

When we are using Filipino language with all our hearts, accordingto our wants and dreams,it would be easier for us to approach each other to have a good relationship with other Filipinos around us. And because of that, it would be faster to have and achieve a progressive country, having peace and order among all the citizens in the country. So let us love and use our own language for the betterment of our country.
